Good coffee. Cardboard lid is good for the environment but IMO it ruins the mouth taste of coffee.
It’s a place serving truly delicious coffee. She understands brewing and espresso and extracts perfectly. I admire her professionalism. This place is the most similar to my favorite Heart Coffee.

This is my favorite place in Boulder to pick up beans. Great coffee, and they offer a drink included with the purchase of a bag. I recently tried their seasonal biscotti latte, which was a delicious treat. I only wish they had more seating, but as a takeaway cafe it's fantastic.
